An active Social Committee works throughout the season planning events for the membership. Join other Gowanie members and their guests for Bridge, Euchre Tournaments, Kentucky Derby Day, Bingo Night, Glowball Tournament, and even a Rally for the Cure along with member dining and entertaining.



During the winter months, don't miss Santa Sunday and the Holiday Buffets.  Santa comes to Gowanie on the first Sunday of December to go over their Christmas lists.  Children marvel at our friendly elf telling him about the latest and greatest toys they're wishing for.  A child size buffet table is filled with tasty kid fare while the adults enjoy brunch.   Members can bring their camera for those special, once in a life-time close-ups.




The Club's Holiday Buffets are scheduled on the two weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) prior to Christmas and offer fabulous Holiday foods, desserts and cocktails, surrounded by beautiful Christmas decor.  This is a terrific way to entertain friends, family and business associates without the muss and fuss.  Let us do the work for you; the cooking, preparations and clean-up that will leave you free to enjoy the holiday season!
